Placing the order takes a couple of minutes. After you place your order, our team reviews and polishes the illustrations within 2 days. Printing usually takes 3–5 days, after which the book is shipped to you.

No. We do not store the original photo you upload. It is only used to generate the child’s avatar. Once the avatar is created, the photo is not kept in our system.

Yes. We guarantee the quality of both the design and the printing of every book. If there is a printing defect or production error, we will print a new copy and ship it to you free of charge, at absolutely no cost to you.

When ordering with a generated avatar, the customer accepts the appearance of the character as created during the personalization process.
