5. Production & Delivery

Production begins after order confirmation.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are personalized:

Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production starts.
Printing or production errors will be replaced at no cost.
Customer-input errors are not eligible for refund or replacement.

For digital products:

Access is granted after purchase.
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Sharing or reselling digital products is not allowed.
