Hi, we're Mónica and Ricard.
Parents first.
Tiny Mango started at our kitchen table, with one book for our daughter Lucía. This is how it went.

Like most parents, we have little time and a lot of love. When we started reading with Lucía, we noticed something: the books at home were lovely, but none of them really looked like her. We wanted her to see herself in the stories we read together. To find a character with her face, and an adventure that felt a little bit hers.
So we thought: what if we make the books ourselves, with her as the hero?
Until we created a story that truly moved people
Before we had a book we were truly happy with, we made a lot of them. And we binned them. They just weren't good enough, and if we were going to make something for our daughter, we wanted to do it properly.
Then one day we finished Welcome to the World. On the cover, Lucía was riding an elephant, starting her own adventure. She was too little to follow the story, but she would stare at the animals and the landscapes for ages. We got emotional. We had finally made the book we wanted for her.
We printed a few copies for family and friends, and then came the comment we didn't expect:
“This is so much better than the books we have at home.”
Maybe we weren't the only parents looking for stories that feel a bit more their own. That's how Tiny Mango was born.
Still at the kitchen table
Today we still write our stories at home, usually once Lucía is asleep. We're a small family business, and we like it that way: every book that leaves our hands is one we'd be proud to read to her.

This is how they react when they see themselves in the book
Nothing moves us more than this moment: the second a child discovers that the hero of the story is them. These are some of the families who already have their book.
Three things we never compromise on
Made as if it were for Lucía
Every book gets the same care and the same eye for detail as the ones we make for our own daughter.
Your family, as it is
Two dads, two mums, different skin tones on the same page. No need to pick the option that comes closest.
Stories worth sharing
Books to feel, learn, imagine and, above all, to spend a little time together.
You help us decide what comes next
We don't want to guess which stories you'd like. In the Tiny Mango Club you vote for our next book, and the one with the most votes is the one we make.
