This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Processing & Production Time

All books are personalized and made to order.
Once an order is placed, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to design your book
Production starts right afterwards for printed orders; it usually takes 2-3 business days.
Once production is complete, your order is shipped. Estimated total time: around 10 business days

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by location:

Spain: 5-10 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
USA & Canada: 5–14 business days
Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Prices depend on destination and product format.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Tiny Mango is not responsible for delays due to customs or additional fees charged by your country.

5. Tracking

When available, tracking information will be sent by email.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs inspections
Weather or force majeure events
Holidays or peak seasons

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate.
