All orders are personalized; each book we make is made for a specific client. For this reason, personalized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once production has started.

Every book is carefully reviewed by our professional team before printing to ensure the highest quality in design, layout, and print.
Printing & Production Errors
If your book arrives with a printing or production error (such as missing pages, incorrect printing, misaligned pages, or poor print quality), we will:

Reprint your book at no cost

Ship a new copy to you as quickly as possible
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Shipping Damage
If your book is damaged during shipping:

Send us photos of the damage within 7 days

We will replace the book at no extra cost
Customer-Provided Information
Please review all personalization details carefully before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for:

Spelling errors in the child’s name

Mistakes in the dedication text

Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Orders are printed exactly as submitted.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
